      Pros

      Lengthy residency, from what I could tell they were the main hospital hiring new grads, good opportunity for new grads.. guess there is too many new grads in san antonio to be competitive

      during the residency, you will get 16.88 an hour, and no benefits.

      Pros

      They never have enough staff and some of the nurses help out the PCA's.

      Cons

      The pay sucks they are not friendly all the time. some of the workers don't communicate well with each other the PCA's are overworked and under paid.

      *Lots of perks (movie tickets, party event during fiesta time or hospital week) *Great patient care! *Paid town hall meetings which results in a special free gift

      Cons

      *Stingy with hours. Make you flex (clock-out) anywhere possible *Had to leave as soon as patients were done *Not enough hours accumulated during the week which causes the need to look for employment elsewhere
