Family Atmosphere with Co workers

Cons

MSOH puts alot of emphasis on making their customers happy. A nurse can get into a negative situation and get written up even when trying to help families. Consider the families mental health and "entitlement" issues BEFORE blaming the nurse.

Mother Baby Unit closed and most days patient load is not too bad. Hospital has a family atmosphere with staff. I loved my employees

Cons

Manager shows favoritism and was very unprofessional.
