Great staff. The people who work here are genuinely great nurses who care about their patients. Newer facility so very clean looking. Lots of opportunity to learn and be trained to advance to other floors.

Cons

Due to poor pay they can't keep experienced staff. Frequent turnover on floor and with administration. The pay is lower then most places in town and offer very little room to grow. They don't give bonuses or quality pay raise. It's typically a 1% raise which usually doesn't equate to even a whole dollar more. The physicians are outsourced so the hospital has no control of them which can create issues when the nurses have problems with Dr's responsiveness to pages.

Pros

This is an awesome place to work. Everyone comes together as a team, and a great family environment. Management is supportive and listens to all nursing concerns.

Cons

It can get extremely busy and this is a fast paced environment. Charge nurse and team leaders are always there to help.
