multiple central and easy to find locations, great co-workers, large number of open positions, each facility has a different personality so if one is not a good fit for you then try another unit or facility.

Cons

too much politics in general, no enough staff to get the job done many times, too little of a voice to leadership where you can feel truly valued as an individual.

*Lots of perks (movie tickets, party event during fiesta time or hospital week) *Great patient care! *Paid town hall meetings which results in a special free gift

Cons

*Stingy with hours. Make you flex (clock-out) anywhere possible *Had to leave as soon as patients were done *Not enough hours accumulated during the week which causes the need to look for employment elsewhere
