      the benefits packages are good

      Cons

      Poor staffing with unsafe ratios. ICU nurses frequently tripled and this hospital lacks the technology to monitor 3 patients at a time while in a patient's room.

      The system still has some good employees, leaders, and processes.

      Cons

      Where to begin? The overall systems and processes are outdated which prevents them from growth. They maintain the culture of "this is just how it is" and fail to hold people accountable and are do not practice as a high reliability organization.
