PTO is awful, you have to use it for holidays and sick days. The point system is also pretty lackluster as to if you are sick you are allocated points and are only allowed 4 call ins per year. Management does not care about the schedulers and their assumption is that the position is more of a pit-stop and not a long-term investment.
