      Pros

      Some employees are really incredible co-workers that see patient care as a badge of honor. The CEO is a very caring individual and treats the employees as his own family.

      Cons

      Desire to be "World Class" has created an internal backstabbing atmosphere by those that feel they can fast track to administration. Hasty decisions that take the INTEGRITY out of the 'I CARE' philosophy where listening to all parties is concerned.

      Biggest healthcare organizations in SA, community recognition, some great doctors and nurses, comparable to other hospitals in city for pay and benefits.

      Cons

      HCA all about the bottom dollar, management is untrustworthy and do not want staff that point out things that are just wrong
