Cons
Clinical Ladder is a joke (make you jump through hoops for the smallest of Raises), Low Pay, Under Staffed, Unsafe Ratios, Rarely have a PCA or Clerk, Pay isn't as competitive as other Hospitals, Doesn't offer same Critical Care/Bonus pay as other HCA owned facilities, treats employees as disposable.
