Pay could be better for employees

Due to poor pay they can't keep experienced staff. Frequent turnover on floor and with administration. The pay is lower then most places in town and offer very little room to grow. They don't give bonuses or quality pay raise. It's typically a 1% raise which usually doesn't equate to even a whole dollar more. The physicians are outsourced so the hospital has no control of them which can create issues when the nurses have problems with Dr's responsiveness to pages.
