- They believe in the importance of continuing education, and put their money where their mouth is to that end. - The staff other departments are top-notch, and they appreciate the value of spiritual caregivers. - They gave me a shot when I lacked certain job qualifications.

Cons

- I'm an underpaid intern with a Master's Degree, Ordination, 2 CPE units completed, and 8 years as a military chaplain. - They've kept me in the role and pay rate for longer than expected, even after completing the requisite certifications. - Performance expectations are ill-defined at best. - When I've asked about promotion, they decided to hold me back due to my status as a military chaplain. - Other miscommunications and disagreements have occurred with my managers, and it seems I'm a nuisance for trying to address my grievances.
