Pros
Flexible work locations and great coworkers. The people I worked with are mostly easy to get along with and driven to succeed with integrity
Cons
I've seen multiple employees break down and cry herefrom the stress. The chain of command is unclear which leaves people with little direction even though there is a high desire to succeed. Also no feedback is given periodically from managers and there's no clear expectations. Managers come and go frequently which is a bad sign. HR is a joke, very cliquey and stingy about raises. Low pay. They don't keep the facilities sanitary either
