      The enterprise will buy a small, growing business with a strong culture then proceed to let it fall apart. With strong financial backing and an experienced and erudite poet at its helm, you’d expect more in the way of business development.

      -Toxic Management (Lots of talking behind people's backs) -Pay -Stability (not enough work, so chances of getting laid off or sent home)

      Rotational schedule. Late-model, well-maintained aircraft. Emphasis on safety.

      Cons

      Deeply disorganized with high turnover. In a highly competitive pilot hiring environment, they do not have a grasp on what it takes to retain pilots. In 2022, the company purchased a helicopter operator and Metrea has ZERO idea what to do to operate and grow that business.
