You are your own manager daily you have a district manager that you report to the paperwork phone calls and text messages I met him twice face to face in a year

Cons

Never given hard copy of employee handbook nor are you able to find one anywhere on website or Internet yet you're expected to understand what they want when they say " I dont care what you have to do. Just do whatever it takes to get it done".

-Will buy you food occasionally.

Cons

-If you have no degrees and are starting from a lower position, it is near impossible to move up. The company plays favorites, does not give you a learning path towards new positions, and gives you interviews where they already knew they weren’t going to take you but pretends like you have a chance.
