Pros

The team I work with is very close nit and free spoken. Even on Teams with corporate team members! We all work together with an understanding of helping customers and each other. Gross and travel pay is the best I've seen!

Cons

The work is not easy of course. My personal cons are with select coworkers, there are time one or more of us will have to pick up slack from others. That is really my only peeve so far.

You are your own manager daily you have a district manager that you report to the paperwork phone calls and text messages I met him twice face to face in a year

Cons

Never given hard copy of employee handbook nor are you able to find one anywhere on website or Internet yet you're expected to understand what they want when they say " I dont care what you have to do. Just do whatever it takes to get it done".
