The process through which inventory control operations happens fairly smoothly. When inventory reports there is a problem, it gets looked into.

Cons

- Basic information reporting can be very sparse - Long standing employees can miss a lot of work for (legitimate) personal reasons, no assistance will be given while they are gone - Big disconnect between salary and warehouse employees
