Good experience for people directly out of school

Cons

Little to no training or professional developement. Employees not rewarded for hard work. Difficult company to move up in. Management is comprised of individuals who have been with the company for a long time, not necessarily people who have the skill set to be a manager.

You can surf the internet all day, there is no actual pressure to sell anything.

Cons

Management is a joke, hardly any of them had an actual education. The buddy system was the only way to get promoted. If you drove sales, there was no reward.
