Pros

Decent Pay, Decent benefits but costly, room for advancement if you are willing to move, Monday - Friday, no Holidays.

Cons

Be prepared to work many hours during the week, long, long hours to get the many flavor of the month projects completed. Company shifts focus and leadership too often. Profit sharing program is sold to you as a big part of your income, but somehow the amount is never what is it hyped up to be.

If you haven’t found an opportunity within your facility, we would encourage you to talk with your leader or a member of our Human Resources team to see if there are other opportunities within the company that allow you to remain in the same location. There are jobs within Metrie where team members work within a team that is not based out of one particular facility.
