We agree that there needs to be a continued focus on enhancing our employees’ experience at work, and our executive team is committed to ensuring that we put our people first. To date, in 2018, more than 80% of our open roles have been filled from within, we are completing compensation and benefit surveys to ensure that we deliver competitive compensation and will continue to seek input through employee surveys.
