1. Metrie provides some development opportunities (courses, certificate programs, etc.). 2. Collaborative and engaging work environment. 3. Extended health benefits and RRSP matching program. 4. The company has a clear trajectory on where it's currently positioned, where it wants to be, and how it will attain its strategic goals.

Cons

1. Plethora of promotions and job creations in mid- to upper-management, but lacking in other roles. 2. Lack of follow through and implementation on some initiatives. 3. Work-life balance can be challenging.

Hours were good, got to pick the shift that works best.

Cons

Management.... Favoritism is very evident and they single out good workers to "make an example". They are yes men who are afraid.

Pros

Metrie is an excellent place to grow your career. There is plenty of upward movement and opportunity. I have greatly enjoyed my time with the company and look forward to the future.

Cons

It can be a challenging industry to get started in. There isn't a whole lot of technical data, but the client base can be challenging. Many seasoned reps have many years of relationships and it takes time to build. If you enjoy sales however, the challenge can be just as rewarding.
