Not much to offer here.

Cons

Avoid this place and save your time!- seems like they have gone through a complete overhaul- practically fired a lot of the people within the sales, ops and finance departments and "trying to build a culture". No leadership within the sales, operations and finance teams. Poor communication both internal/external and everyone trying to save their back. Employees are considered "backups" and with no internal clarity on roles. Mgmt seems to be readying the place for a sale to private equity investor- Save your energies and work somewhere else.
