I was surprised that a company that essentially sold fancy lumber was so forward looking in its approach to everything it does. Really strong culture, always looking to improve. Great people. Everywhere.

Cons

Still in a time of transition. Lots could happen, bit often tasks and projects grind to a halt very quickly.

Focus changes often, large corporation so projects that come from the top are not always conducive to local customers
