      Depending on what you're looking for this is really good

      Pros

      Great benefits package, competitive pay in comparison to what is usually offered for similar roles, work is straightforward, it's easy to do well when you make an effort, management will try best to work with you to help you fit.

      Cons

      At times seems like there is a disconnect between the front office and production team in terms of targets and goals. Very production target oriented, while management will listen to suggestions they rarely use any of them. There are some cases of favoritism among staff getting preferential treatment. The training is very trial by fire based. The culture can use some work and to management's praise they have been working to address it. No real room for opportunities on production side.

      Arrogance with little expectations

      Pros

      Operationally efficient. Sound business practices. Works to get the customer experience right and build relationships.

      Cons

      Good old boys entrenchment. Changing priorities due to late implementation of business plan well into the fiscal year. Feeling of being valued and appreciated was negligible. Disconnected leadership.
