      Amazing Company on Every Level

      Pros

      They listen to their staff on all levels and work with them. Excellent training. Very hands on. They appreciate the staff and show it constantly with either gifts, food or bonus. Leaders will not ask for someone to do something that they won't do themselves. Very Safety orientated. Excellent work/life balance.

      Cons

      IF I had to find one, it would be maybe too much safety. But considering how well they treat you, it isn't a bad thing. I lost my job because of Covid shutting down the country.

      Some of the nicest people you will ever meet work at Metrie. It is a Sales driven organization with a strong focus on building relationships with customers

      Cons

      It is a Sales driven organization with less opportunity for those who have not spent time in Sales. Little diversity in leadership = resistance to new perspectives.
