      It used to be a nice place to work.

      As long as you’re not violating policy they don’t want to fire you.

      Cons

      Policy seems to change every day… and the family who used to run the branch here, seemed to care a lot more about the employees… and it seemed like everyone enjoyed coming to work when they were here.

      Transparent management that looks after its people and genuinely care for their health and wellness. Strong emphasis on worker safety and well-being. Good operational management and team culture. Opportunities for cross-training and overtime work.

      Cons

      Heavy lifting can sometimes be strenuous although management is open to accomodating this.
