      Pros

      Good people to work alongside that are at your same level.

      Cons

      Management is out of touch and there is a definite dividing line between them and employees below. Below average pay. Promised growth in the future that never comes.

      Lots of promises and they never deliver

      Casual dress code, free lunch sometimes

      Cons

      Required overtime, long hours, they promise advancement which never happens. they over-work employees but don't pay commission/there's no additional incentive, it's lower than average industry pay, management is terrible and inexperienced

      Disappointing

      Pros

      Lots of overtime. Minimal supervision. Marijuana and alcohol friendly.

      Cons

      12 to 15 hour shifts are not only normal but mandatory. Management has no idea what they’re doing. The paid supervisor position has been replaced with a voluntary/no pay raise “lead” position. The culture of the company is gang mentality and the people left in charge are literally stealing from the company, and using illegal drugs before during and after work. Stab you in the back mentality. No yearly bonus.
