*Schedule 5 on 5 off rotating days and nights every 3 work weeks. *Company paid healthcare or 5k if opt out *OJT training paid @ $21.60/ hour. Once signed off salary is 50K *Roughly undisturbed work place *Management cares what happens.

*10 hour shifts with high attention to detail needed throughout *high workload during fair weather days *poor upward progression *will work holidays *no guaranteed breaks *poor communication between teams

This is my family! I have worked here for over 15 years. They do what they say they're going to do, they take care of their employees, pay is great, benefits are great - I have absolutely NOTHING negative at all to say. They recently started "Metro University" - a new leadership development program and I LOVE IT!!! It's making me a better person at work AND at home. THANK YOU METRO for investing in me and my family!!!
