Consistent hours but extremely boring work environment

Consistent hours Not much oversight Not required to get into dangerous situations Work 4 days then get 3 days off which is as good but you work nights

Cons

EXTREMELY BORING no upward movement in the company You work by yourself and aren’t allowed to talk to anyone or sit Late hours, typically 2PM to 11PM so it’s hardly to have a life outside of work. I tried to transfer to a new location when I moved and the manager I worked with tried to get me in contact with the manager in the new location and she has my information and she still hasn’t reached out. I’m now forced to find a different job but I never liked the job anyways. I cried before many shifts because it was that miserable. Good company, bad job.

on site benefits tremendous free meals... high pay for area. EV charging for your car. easy job.

company benefits not sufficent for long term. better as a part time job. management takes things to serious.

There are some great people that work here.

Cons

There are close to no benefits. Senior leadership is repulsive. Lots of risky and impulsive leadership to gain new contracts, while doing the bare minimum to maintain current clients. The rebrand was a crappy attempt to cover up years of bad business.
