      Pros

      Family owned, owners care about employees. Excellent collaborative work environment. Excellent stability among key talented staff, long term President, CFO, HR Director, IT Director, Construction Manager and Accounting team. This longevity speaks to the quality of the company and its ethical business culture.

      Cons

      In the past five years the size of our company has doubled. This has created growth challenges for all departments. Striking the correct balance between on boarding new employees into our organization while at the same time recognizing our existing employees excellent work will continue to be an area we strive to improve.

      Solid employer but use as a spring board for something else

      Pros

      The schedule is ok, Overtime will be paid over 40hrs. The owners seem to care and management is accessible. The company will spend money to fix or improve a facitlity

      Cons

      Benefits are subpar. Pay is just average. Their procedures for expenses and other daily duties are odd and tedious. Overall its just average.

      Pros

      Decent hourly pay (expect around $15/hour), decent benefits ($3k deductible health insurance, company reimburses half after you've paid the entire deductible), respectful District Managers.

      Cons

      Micromanaging that seems to trickle down from the top. Company pushes upselling on merchandise. Very little room for growth.
