      None at all. I wouldn't recommend working for this company not even to my worst enemy.

      Cons

      Everyday was a challenge. Your hired to lease storages, collect rent payments and keep a clean facility however you're job description changed week to week. Its a horrible company.

      Pros

      Metro self storage values every employee from top to bottom. Upper management is easy accessed. Training is top notch and co workers are always there to help. Metro Storage valued good employees and emphasized customer satisfaction. This company was a pleasure to work for and wish them nothing but great success!

      There is a 20 word minimum so I have to write something. There, 20 words and nothing bad to say!

      not any that i can think of.

      Cons

      no room for advancement and since you mostly work by yourself all the hard work you do goes unnoticed.
