Pros

Great company that cares about their employees. Love the hours out by 6pm. Not stuck behind a desk or only cleaning enjoy the balance of work. Closed on all major holidays.

Cons

Insurance is a little expensive but other than that I have no issues with the company or job. I don't understand the negative on here.

Pros

Decent hourly pay (expect around $15/hour), decent benefits ($3k deductible health insurance, company reimburses half after you've paid the entire deductible), respectful District Managers.

Cons

Micromanaging that seems to trickle down from the top. Company pushes upselling on merchandise. Very little room for growth.
