Pay, schedule, hours, benefits, upper management. Also if you have an on-site apartment they will steal your security deposit. They will make stuff up to get the apartment fixed on my dime.

Provide Good opportunity for older workers

Cons

Low pay, inequality of female wages compared to men in same position, horrible mid and upper level only managers that are constantly changing their corporate direction....No opportunity for upward mobility.
