Pros

while I worked at Metroplus, I learned to do so many things that were not in my job description. The Supervisors value your opinions and do not micromanage.

Cons

There was a lot of cattiness and gossiping.

Benefits, location, Annual Time, Holidays, Sick Time

Cons

This company gives a new meaning to the word micromanage.... There is no sense of loyalty to staff who have stuck around through thick and thin. The red carpet is rolled out for the newbies while us veterans get the short end of the stick.
