Pros

Rapidly growing organization with a mission in mind - making sure New Yorkers get amazing health care. People who work here, live in the communities that we service. Everyone that works here care deeply about New York, especially the underserved. Everyone is super nice with a goal in mind - helping the underserved get health care. I've been here for 6 month and love working here.

Cons

Lean organization with an all hands on deck mentality. Agile organization that shifts with the market dynamics, so hours and work life can be difficult. But, I guess it's expected since it's a non-profit.
