Pros

Opportunities to all who are passionate and willing to work. Great health plans benefits. Great co- workers each department is more than willing to teach you about their role.

Cons

No room for growth. No incentive, all departments have goals and should have incentives. Managers need to have a class from external point of view and be thought on Morals, language and be knowledgeable on the department needs and employees frequently asked questions and needs..

We do AMAZING work for NYC

This job gives me the opportunity to do incredibly fulfilling work. It is the most diverse workplace that I've ever seen. The benefits and the work life balance are best in class. We are an integral part of the NYC Public Health System - which is the largest public health system in the country.

Cons

At times, the bureaucracy can be a little challenging.
