Pros

Great benefits for city employees. Recent changes in leadership throughout the company, which can hopefully steer the company in a better direction.

Cons

Ineffective managers stay in the company and are not held accountable. Archaic processes have maintained major inefficiencies. Multiple departments riddled with gossip and favoritism, perpetuated by management. Good managers don’t stick around because of toxic senior management.

Free or low cost insurance

Cons

Increased quota for employees during covid pandemic. Constantly told to “appreciate you even have a job during crisis.” Sent to sites with lack of ppe during pandemic. Management is never satisfied with your performance. Constant micro managing

Pros

Honestly, there really were no great benefits.

Cons

Terrible management who don't care about the people we work for, awful health care benefits, limited PTO, no work from home even though all work was telephonic based, extremely lazy coworkers, no recognition for good work, expected to work late/weekends during audits with no benefits
