Great Atmosphere

Pros

Culture of learning and improving, members and employees satisfaction are always a priority on the Leadership Agenda. You can meet with the CEO every month as he has set up an entire hour to be in a conference room waiting to meet and hear any employee that wants to pass by, he even have his assistant taking notes and following up with requests

Cons

Location commute is very difficult and since it is a city institution there is not work from home option

Good pay. Good benefits. 9 to 5 hrs no wkend schedule.

Cons

Favoritism. Work overload. Be prepare to do the job of 4 positions.
