Good hours, work from home and great benefits

Cons

I felt like the Training was ok, but I felt like trainer was searching for mistakes and looking for things to penalize. There's no support for success. There is a revolving door.

Pros

I can’t think of any pros working here. Benefits were mediocre. Pre covid lots of great eateries to dine in.

Cons

One of the worst companies in which I've worked in a professional career. This company, particularly the department I was in, operated as a sweatshop. You have incompetent managers running the show. Ridiculous expectations, concentrate solely on quantity rather than quality. There is no guidance at all. Nepotism, narcissistic behavior is the norm. If you’re not in the crowd, then you will be treated like an outcast. I urge you to do your research, ask questions during the interviews and conclude a decision that will not jeopardize your mental health.

Pros

The only real pro of the customer service department would be the overtime available. But don't be fooled, it's only if your supervisor likes you.

Cons

Where to begin...first off the child like behavior of the management staff is unbelievable. They pick on employees, they look at the littlest thing and will hold it over your head for as long as possible, and the favouritism is just unreal. Most of the management staff is chosen on whos friends with who rather then what they know, because 80% of the supervisors and team leads know NOTHING. Your better off asking your desk neighbor. One supervisor in particular compensates her fear of certain people on her team and picks on the others and jeopardizes their job just to make herself feel better.
