The work I do is exactly what I signed up for. I love the people I interact with everyday doing my job

Cons

The workload does not match compensation. Instead of offering promotions they add to your workload by reducing staff. The company does not offer raises without promotion. However promotion opportunities are scarce as they are given to others who are unqualified typically due to favoritism. They also have unqualified individuals in management roles for a lifetime therefore never providing opportunity for growth to newer staff.

I can’t think of any pros working here. Benefits were mediocre. Pre covid lots of great eateries to dine in.

Cons

One of the worst companies in which I've worked in a professional career. This company, particularly the department I was in, operated as a sweatshop. You have incompetent managers running the show. Ridiculous expectations, concentrate solely on quantity rather than quality. There is no guidance at all. Nepotism, narcissistic behavior is the norm. If you’re not in the crowd, then you will be treated like an outcast. I urge you to do your research, ask questions during the interviews and conclude a decision that will not jeopardize your mental health.
