This job gives me the opportunity to do incredibly fulfilling work. It is the most diverse workplace that I've ever seen. The benefits and the work life balance are best in class. We are an integral part of the NYC Public Health System - which is the largest public health system in the country.

Cons

At times, the bureaucracy can be a little challenging.

Free Medical for myself and my child, City job so I get City benefits

Cons

Pay is not as competitive as other plans.

You could count on stable decision making with resigning CEO.

Cons

Integrity issues: H+H interests overshadow mplus interests. Medicaid abuse reportable to AG approving all claims for H+H with no medical necessity reviews is a huge gamble for Metroplus and the livelihood of 1200 employees. Who is allowing this? California style?
