Run...don't walk

Pros

Great benefits (city job) Good Location Great work hours. Once your day is done, you stop everything and leave.

Cons

Poor compensation Employee apathy Weak controls No remote work options (like our competitors) Management is oblivious Due to week cybersecurity, their own employees won't use their insurance And those that do, have had dozens of their co-workers look at their medical claims with little to no oversight. Let's not talk about the hackers that invade the system daily. All while the CEO and COO pretend nothing is happening. Run, don't walk
