Lots of different projects to work on. Work is generally interesting and this isn't a typical contracting company. You really feel apart of the team of the project you're working on.

Cons

Moving up isn't really clear cut. Manager isn't really on the project with you, so have to figure out a way to shine outside of the project.

Pros

Work pays well and becomes quite easy once you learn the systems. Work/life balance is phenomenal and engineers get a month vacation :)

Cons

Little opportunity for advancement, work is contractual (but more stable than typical contract work as it is for the government), and, if you are a go-getter, your skills and pay ceiling will atrophy.
