Enjoyable work but difficult

Pros

Even though high work load they understand that life happens and the importance of family. Great staff and enjoyable to work with everyone even management.

Cons

Heavy work load with high exceptions, insufficient training but they are improving, upper management needs more experience and needs to keep to their word.

Good working environment. Pay is fair for the market. Normal work schedule is weekdays and working weekends is a rare event.

Cons

There are not any cons that you wouldn't find at any company. Career opportunities are limited but it's a smaller company.
