Company car, decent base, fair goals. Some really good people at all levels.

Cons

Micromanagement can be bad, depending on region. Some products sell well, others are tough to move.

Pros

Metrohm USA has come a long way in creating a workplace that takes care of its people. Benefits are ok (not great), but it feels like there is a continuous effort to add value as an employer, which is good. Opportunities to grow your career here are good, they seem to prefer promoting from within. You do have to take initiative for your own growth as there aren't many formal career paths. Overall, I feel valued and supported here. Our CEO cares about his people and treats everyone with respect.

Cons

Company goals could be laid our better, I'm not sure where we're trying to go 2, 5 or 10 years from now. Transparency is actually really good otherwise, I'm just missing these high level goals and aspirations. Generally, benefits for families aren't great.
