Good pay and benefits. A lot of perks and recognition. Flexible work/life balance. Mgmt is always trying to do the best for the employees and balance business needs. Opportunities to grow and develop your skills. Financial stability; there is no constant fear of downsizing/lay offs.

Cons

There is no hybrid work policy.
