      Pros

      Working for Metromont is a great “family feel” company. Plenty of room to grow and advance within the company if you maintain a good attitude and work hard. Great vacation time that is fair. 401k, health ins, etc. upper management is always open to better processes and innovations. Work life balance is very fair. Company is growing and always improving. Best prestressed/precast company on the east coast. Trust me, I’ve worked for a few.

      Cons

      I would hate to list any cons, but, the health insurance could be better. It is a high deductible plan but if you participate in the app and get your necessary annual check ups done you can save a lot of money on monthly payment.

      Hard work. Understanding, but could pay more

      Pros

      Managers work with you. Competitive pay for similar jobs in area. Lots of overtime if you like it. 401k. Health/life insurance.

      Cons

      Long, inconsistent hours. Harsh working conditions in the cold and rain and heat. Lower starting pay than some similar companies like Tindall. No room to move up unless you go to school or a manager gets fired.
