      Pros

      Good pay for crane operators. Rarely work any weekends.

      Cons

      No definite time when you’re getting off. Terrible management. A lot of micromanaging. Equipment is always down. Takes forever to go from a temp to a full time employee. You have to build up you PTO. For every 40 hrs you get 1.25 hrs of PTO.
