Pays for signing up for OT and on call. No fail system as they have a help me channel via Microsoft Teams. You can ask anything in the channel and receive the help you need within minutes

Pros

You think working for a company that evolved from dial-up to fiber is cool and that learning from a handful of employees that have worked at Metronet for 25+ years is also cool. Four weeks of vacation after your second January. It's highly likely you could work remotely.

Cons

You may only see people from your team in person or quarterly. HQ is in Evansville, which prevents salary competitiveness.
