      Pros

      Great company culture/environment. Very collaborative and information is shared freely. Teamwork comes naturally. Company is growing quickly which translates to lots of opportunities and career growth. Best on-boarding experience of my career!

      Cons

      The company is growing very quickly and with growth comes change in processes and responsibilities as we work towards higher efficiency. If you prefer a clearly lineated checklist type of job, it may not be a good fit. But if you are a person who can't find a problem without looking for a solution, you will excel!

      there is a great team environment

      Cons

      no work life balance, management all the way to the pres only cares about passes, and meeting promises to investors, most offices are short staffed, long hours, no consideration for down time and you are expected to be available when management calls even on a weekend
