      Pros

      Always in aggressive hiring mode.

      Cons

      The reason so many positive reviews exist is that HR instructs new hires to write a review. Nobody is going to jeopardize a new job by writing something negative. If you have a doctor's appointment, the company will require you to make up the time. However, most employees in the optical cable design department routinely have to work ten hours a day and on weekends to get their work done.

      Pros

      Good benefits. Employer contributions have gone up each year except 2022. Matching 401k at 6%. Company provides almost all job related tools and equipment needed for each department.

      Cons

      Management can have a high turnover rate and when one manager goes the new one usually brings a bunch of friends from another company. This is fine and all but it makes establishing a report with your manager difficult plus policies are changing constantly
