Small growing company that should be bought out be a big cable company. no future here.

Cons

Small company with poor leadership that is indecisive and cannot decide which direction they are going. Very poor communication skills, and no leadership what so ever. Welcome statement and process is described as "Drinking thru a water hose"

They loan you a truck and tools for the job. Decent benefits.

Low pay compared to the national average for similar roles They say they have a great work culture and have corporate employees call you to act like they give a crap about you. When in reality it just seems like they are going through the motions. Horrible dispatch that doesn't care of you have time for a job... They will just throw it on you and if your late it shows up on your score card. They will send you out into the field wether or not you have been trained completely and expect you to know everything. If you need a day off and don't have pto they ”strongly discouraged" that. Which means you can't have a day off unless it's on their terms aka a wage slave.

Cons

Technicians get assigned service calls, or outages no matter how late they are already out. I've had junior techs receive cut drops at 11 pm at night while they are already on a call!
