      i Love the team here at Metronet. Its some things that could be better but what company these days are flawless. I'm grateful for the opportunity to work here!!!

      Fight for your staff or Great workers. Don't allow people to walk away without atleast a conversation and showing appreciation.

      Product, culture, compensation, benefits and growth potential. This company has a tremendous upside to it. If you want the next best company in the US then come check us out.

      We deliver a product in a highly competitive market and have done it so well we now have a target on our back. The growth has been exponential and with this growth change is essential. The company is in the middle of a well planned and executed expansion. It’s not so much a con as reality

      Pros

      As I recent new hire with MetroNet coming from the construction side of fiber network I wanted to further my career in the management side and MetroNet allowed me to do that and has stood beside me in my learning process and has taken the time to allow me to learn and become part of the team. Not often have I heard a Manager or Cordinator say thank you and that they appreciate you. I hear that here everyday and makes a person want to do better. All the people here are great and want to see you succeed and advance. I plan on retiring here honestly.

      Cons

      Can be stressful at time but the Managers are always there to help you succeed and pick you up
